1/2 cup unsalted butter one stick1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup white sugar1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg1 tsp & ¼ tsp salt
1 or 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 tsp baking soda

  • Firstly, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together in a small bowl.
  • Now heat the butter for 10-20 seconds or until it melts on another bowl.
  • Now add brown sugar and white sugar and beat until it is thoroughly combined; again, beat the mixture by adding egg and vanilla extract for another 30 seconds.
  • Now stir flour mixture into the butter mixture until the dough is combined.
  • Now leave the mixture for 30 min to overnight so that the dough is fully prepared (optional).
  • Line up the racks with parchment paper; now scoop the 4 or 6 tablespoon dough balls as per your requirement but make sure to leave some space between the cookies dough balls.
  • Air Fryer at 325F degrees F for 5-7 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  • Now, allow the cookies to cool for 2-3 min.

You have to scoop up the cookies dough in balls and stored them in Ziplock bags. And keep them in the fridge for up to 7 days or in the freezer for three months.
And in time of serving, you can bake these cookies for 1-2 min; you will get the exact taste you tried before.
