Agave syrup:- It helps add some extra sweetness to my ice cream, but if you don’t have agave syrup, you can add sugar ( as according to you).

Condensed milk:- condensed milk acts as a sweetener and softens the ice cream, allowing for easier scooping.

Heavy cream: It helps create the base for the ice cream. Heavy and whipped cream’s significant fat content covers ice crystals, preventing them from expanding.

Vanilla:- although the sweetened condensed milk has some essence of vanilla, I want more, so I have added it here. You are free to leave this.

Lemon juice:- I love some sour taste with the sweetness. That’s why I am adding lemon juice to my ice cream.

pro tips:-

1. The more cream you whisk, the fluffier the ice cream. However, do not overwhip, or the whipped cream will turn into butter.
2. Thaw the container for at least 10 minutes before scooping the ice cream for the creamiest ice cream. Any ice crystals will soften as a result of this.
3. The consistency of homemade ice cream will differ from store-bought ice cream. This is primarily due to the lack of chemicals and preservatives in handmade ice cream; thus, homemade ice cream is healthier!

storing and serving:-

Before serving or scooping your ice cream Thaw the ice cream container for at least 10 minutes, it will help you easily scoop out the ice cream from the container.

You can store the ice cream in an air-tight container for 12 weeks in the refrigerator. So also you can make this in advance just to surprise your children who are coming from the schools and want to enjoy their summer holiday.

Frequently Asked Question:-

Yes, this recipe is worthy of your taste, and it will never disappoint you, trust me. Try at least once.

No, since it will not be tasty! The distinction between evaporated and condensed milk is that condensed milk is sweeter and has a caramel-like flavor. In contrast, evaporated milk is just thick whole milk with 60% of the liquid evaporated.

This ice cream is velvety and free of ice crystals thanks to high-fat whipped cream and condensed milk. Ice crystals will form if you use low-fat items.
