INGREDIENTS:-
1 lb. raw peanuts | 1 lb. salt |
3 peice star anise | bay leaves |
3 peice cloves | 1 cinnamon stick |
1 tbsp fennel |
Chinese Five Spice Peanuts Recipe:-
- Combine all spices and water in a mixing bowl (enough water to boil the peanuts).
- When the water begins to boil, remove the spices and add the raw peanuts.
- When the water begins to boil, remove the peanuts (they are still raw at this point).

- Put salt in a pan. Now add the cooked peanuts on the pan.
- Stir in the cooked peanuts
- Cook the peanuts for 25-30 minutes, as stated.
- Plate and enjoy!
