Tips by me :-
- Take care not to overcook these cookies. When they come out of the oven, they will be soft, but as they cool, they will turn chewy.
- The cookie dough will be soft, which is just normal. If the dough is too soft to scoop, store it in the refrigerator for a few minutes before scooping and baking.
- These cookies may be frozen and cooked at a later time.
- Overmixing the dough will end up in a bad result. Make the right consistency as possible.
- You can shape however you like, I’ve seen some really cute coffee cookies that look like coffee beans!
- No matter how you shape them, you really need to chill thoroughly if you want them to keep their shape.
- If you like a more crisp cookie, leave them in a little longer.
