So, Now After Knowing All About Funnel Cake, let’s Make it:-
Equipment you need:-
deep frying pan :- A deep frying pan is required to fry cake because we will fry the dough in the oil; if it is not deeper, it might not be fried well.
funnel or bottle :- You can use a funnel to drop the dough into the hot oil, but it’s pretty hard to move the funnel while dropping it into the pan. Here I would recommend you to use a plastic bottle with the nozzle. Simply fill the plastic bottle with the pancake mix and slowly drop the dough into the oil, and this plastic bottle is easily movable to make the desired shape. You won’t get the exact shape of a carnival fair, but I would say it will not disappoint you.
cast iron skillet:– For frying, a heavy cast-iron skillet is recommended, but any heavy-bottomed skillet will be sufficient.
Plate with paper towels:- after frying, some of the oil is leftover on the pancake, so we have to altogether remove them; that’s why we leave them in the paper so that the paper absorbs the oil of the pancake. So we get the perfect funnel cake.

- While heating the oil in the gas here, we can whisk our other ingredients. Take a bowl and pour the pancake mix on it, then add sugar, water and vanilla extract in the bowl and start whisking them.
- Make sure your battery has the consistency of cake batter. It shouldn’t be too smooth and thin, nor should it be overly sticky. When the batter falls off the whisk, it should create ribbons.
