Vegan oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are the perfect cookies for the cookie lover because it is hard from the outside, soft from the inside, and filled with chocolate chips.so lets make this awesome cookies.

Ingredients:-

1/2 cup vegan butter3/4 cup brown sugar (lightly packed)
1 vegan egg (flax egg, chia egg, or vegan egg replacer made for baking)1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour1 cup oats (either rolled oats or quick/instant oats are fine!)
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips1/2 cup walnuts

Oats:- Old Fashioned / round oats or quick oats both work the same.

FLOUR:- you can use all-purpose flour, oat flour, pastry flour, and white whole wheat flour.

Sugar – you can use coconut sugar or organic cane sugar.

Cinnamon – it fully depends on you.

Vanilla extract – gives a delightful taste.

Vegan Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe :-

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. To make the flax egg:- add 1 tablespoon ground flax and 3 tablespoons water in a medium mixing bowl, then mix them wisely.
  3. Let them sit 5min to gel. (this will replace one egg in baking.)
  4. Cream together vegan butter & sugar for a few minutes. Add flax egg, cinnamon, vanilla & salt. Combine them thoroughly with butter and sugar mixture.
  5. Add the flour and oats to the wet ingredients and stir until barely mixed.
  6. Now add 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips and 1/2 cup walnuts to your cookies dough. And mix them well.
  7. Line a cookie/baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat. Scoop out rounded teaspoons of the mixture and space them approximately 12 inches apart on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes at 350°F. Make sure The edges should be crisp and the tops should be gently toasted.
  9. Remove off the baking tray and place on a cooling rack to cool. Before placing them on a cool rock, let them cool for 3-4 min. Now enjoy.

  • If you don’t have vegan butter, then you can replace the vegan butter with coconut oil.
