Coffee:-
For the Vietnamese ice coffee, I recommend you use medium-coarse grind coffee. Finely ground coffee would fall directly through the coffee press’s small openings.
Condensed milk:-
Instead of normal milk, Vietnamese coffee utilizes sweetened condensed milk. There is no need for additional sugar because the condensed milk provides enough sweetness.
Ice Cubes:-
Lots of ice cubes are added to make it cold (Vietnamese Iced Coffee). Freeze some brewed coffee in ice trays if you don’t want your coffee to be diluted by melting ice cubes. These cubes can be used in place of ordinary ice.

- Add 2 tablespoons of ground coffee to the base layer of the coffee press. Try wetting the ground coffee with the hot water.
- Screw the press on tightly. Make sure the coffee should be packed well.
- Now fill the cover press with boiling water upto half of the height.
- Now pour the coffee press with the boiled hot water.
- It takes around 3-5 minutes to complete the brewing process.
- Once it is finished, add the condensed milk and stir them well.

- In your French press, place 2 teaspoons of medium grind dark roast coffee.
- On top, pour 2/3 cup boiling water.
- Reinsert the plunger carefully into the pot, pausing just above the water and ground coffee, and set aside for 3–4 minutes.
- When finished, push the plunger, filter the coffee, and serve it over ice cubes in a glass.
- Stir in the condensed milk to combine.
- Your Vietnamese coffee has been prepared.
